Students go to school to gain knowledge and sometimes gaining that knowledge is hard if you're constantly bullied and shamed as if you carried a virus or you were a walking pandemic. Staff at wingen Heights does not address the bullying that happens on a daily basis and God forbid its cyber bullying because then they say its not their responsibility because it hasn't happened on school property... Some teachers are understanding and they truly help you but most are just there for the money... Some teachers will even go to extent of encouraging the bullies that act like teacher's pets instead of instilling values in them and approaching the withdrawn child in the class. Bullying has serious psychological effects and this school has done nothing to help... Their way of solving every problem is by having the students sit together infront of staff members while the bullies give false apologies and put on a facade... Then all is apparently well. Or maybe they'd give a little talk in assembly... Well that just makes the victims bigger targets. This school would do a whole lot better if they put programs in place to prevent all sorts of bullying... On campus as well as off campus. If they took the initiative to help these students they could make a bigger change than they ever knew possible and this school would finally be returned to its former glory.
