The school management and system.
Some of the teachers and staff don't care about the children's wellbeing, and kids are throwing rubbish and garbage everywhere. A very small percentage of the staff cares. And the new and fresh, young assistants often do not want to care a tell the children inappropriate language for their age. I think this school needs improvement.
