My son was bitten by a learner in his class two weeks ago. The teacher was not present in class when the incident happened.
My son arrived home after school and got undressed, and I immediately realized that something had happened at school to him.I had taken pictures and sent it to his teacher.
She promised me that she would get back to me but did not. On the 3rd of June, I sent a voice note on whatsapp as a follow-up on this matter, and I was ignored. Today, again, I sent her a message and asked to make an appointment with the grade head. This is unacceptable, especially when it concerns my child and his safety at school.Bullying is a serious matter.
The teachers are quick to protect the other learners but lack to do the same for my child because he suffers from ADHD. He was also diagnosed by the school doctor and I am still awaiting for a diagnostic letter to confirm he is taking medication at school.

This is beyond disappointing and disgusting.
