Moved my child from another school to Trinity Randpark. So happy with every aspect of this school, seeing results, feeling a difference in school spirit. What a great place to be for my child.
Trinity has been extorting money from my family for the last 5 years. I attended the school from 2016 to 2018, in 2018 I attended the school for less than a month of the first term before moving schools and ever since they have been demanding that my mother pay a years worth of school fees for the three weeks I was in attendance.
And as a former student I would just like to say that if you value free thought and would like your child to be able to think for themselves I highly recommend you don’t send them to any trinity institution, the same can be said if you are non-Christian.
Trinity house randpark ridge has been extorting money from my family for the last 5 years. I attended from 2016 to 2018, in 2018 I attended for less than a month before moving schools and ever since the school has been demanding my mother pay a full years worth of school fees for the 3 weeks that I attended.
From my experience in the school, they may have a solid grounding in academics but they value their sports and image far more. Furthermore if you are not a Christian or if you value any personal freedom I highly suggest you do not ever send your children to any trinity institution
Although Trinity has good academics, with that comes a lot of unnecessary pressure. Trinity’s environment between students is very toxic, and becomes very overwhelming. A long with the extreme academic pressure there is also a lot of social pressures to do sports. Trinity prides themself on equality and kindness towards all but many previous incidents of homophobia, racism and sexism have occurred from both students and teachers. Trinity tries to be a well rounded and all inclusive school, but while all the focus is put on sports and academics , no attention goes to the cultural students. Many people have reported bullying to teachers and even head masters, but nothing is done about this at all, the bully gets away with everything while the victim is forced to suffer and deal with it by themselves. Teachers say they’re there for you no matter what, but are very judgement and offer no advise, possibly the occasional teacher will help, but overall the teachers do not care. The PE teachers I do not believe are fully qualified and put immense pressure on everyone to be on the same fitness level, and push students too hard; it’s good to push and motivate students but not to the point they currently do. Many friends and peers have complained about Trinity, Randpark Ridge especially and have said how they are unhappy with the teachers, the environment and the overall pressure from the school. Yes, this is a top performing school, but so much pressure is out onto the students to be good at eveything, that there is no chance to enjoy life and we often end up doing worse due to burnout. Although trinity claims to advocate for mental health and implements apps and programs to help with this, there is nothing they are personally doing to help students through their teenage years. Being a teenager is hard enough without extreme pressure, judgement, and more from peers and teachers. I am fortunate to have left and I couldn’t be happier; my marks and my mental health have improved dramatically. I think they might need to reevaluate what’s important
The school may seem to be naive ,small (and weak sports wise at times) ,however i have spent my entire life at this school ,born and raised ...the nature and heart of the staff and LEADERS in all three sections(preschool, prep school and high-school) reflect the heart of God as much as possible and strive for the best results academically and sports wise however failure to have many students does catch up to results of sporting outcomes in some cases.Trinity does its best to be a school which accommodates all kinds of people but does not hesitate to believe and focus on Christianity. I love this school and wish the best for it.
The buildings are safe the staff are kind and caring and the learners are considerate. It is very Christian focused and believes in the word of god. There is a variety of afterschool activities to participate in. And the pass rate is 100%😁
