We're known as the best school performers in the hood. But unfortunately, things didn't go well last year because I think many were not focused and so the school level dropped and our matriculants didn't do so well too and that made the school look very weak from the first time. We became the laughing stock but others wondered what happened to the school, what happened to the school that was considered as the "best". We had about 2-3 lucky winners who entered some competitions and won. Learners had no interest in sport considering that they are there only to learn and what others would say if they enter sports competitions and lose.

Though we have entered the new year, I can tell that the school is back on its feet. Teachers have made us as learners to realise how sport is very important in our lives and how far really can take us. Many learners are very focused in their school work and want to make sure that everything from the beginning, has to go as planned and in a good way. We are trying to be the best again as there's change and had experienced that the good or best things comes only when the hard work has or was applied.
