RONDEBOSCH BOYS HIGH SCHOOL. A public boys schools which stands shoulder to shoulder with top private schools within Cape Town and across SA. Top class facilities and superb grounds. Dedicated and supportive teaching staff with a focus on academic excellence. Opportunity for all learners to participate and enjoy school life across a wide variety of sporting codes and cultural activities. Thriving music and art departments. Learners are passionate and dedicated to the school and participate in Old Boys activities after gr12. Couldn't be happier with our decision to send our two boys to Rondebosch Boys. In fact, we considered immigration but opted to stay in SA in order for our children to attend this superb school.
Good but expensive
Most expensive public school in South Africa - you definitely don’t get what you pay for. If you are not a top sportsman or top academic then you’ll feel neglected here. Afrikaans department is probably one of the worst in the country - lazy, cocky and conservative. Hair and uniform rules are enforced more than things such as bullying etc. However, I will say the facilities available here are excellent, and the quality of education is high, so for these reasons I will give the school 3 stars.
the untild side of rbhs
this school does not care about the well being of the students, they only focus on the top pupils and sportsmans and the rest are neglected. issues regarding racism from teachers are never taken seriously
