I have been a teacher at this school for 13 years and can say with no doubt it has been the best time of my career. Management support you in all ways they can to ensure you can grow and be the best teacher you can be. Your children are in good hands as there is dedicated teachers at the school.
Not Satisfied especially with how much the school fees are.
Had a mostly bad experience at high school.
There are many teachers leaving the school due to financial issues and the quality of education isn't what it used to be. I had a lot of issues with the lack of communication and transparency from the school. The school always promises to make noticeable changes in terms of the school facilities and never did. I had a 50/50 experience with the teachers where some were the best and cared about the students but sometimes the other teachers hadn't cared and paid their students attention. The school also doesnt take disciplinary actions to its students and tends to also display some favouritism. And some parents have reported that some of the office staff is extremely rude when school fees havent been paid. In about 3 years, 12 teachers have left. The positives of the school is that there are some facilities like access to computers and etc. The school has so much potential to be better.
The school is okay it’s a private school but it feels like government I go to the school so I know , some of the teachers are kind and helpful every way they can , some teachers well are rude when you greet them they ignore you when you don’t greet them they get upset and there’s a bit of biased activity but been there for 10 years since grade 0 there has been good and bad experiences mostly 50/50 and they need to upgrade on sports facilities maybe buy more land make school bigger and make school fees a bit less cause I can pay less and get all facilities at queens high school instead of the principal using our money more they should invest just a bit more into the school but other than that it’s been good teaching is good they all qualified and teach very well , well some of them of course
At RPC it's a good school. There are teachers by your side who give you attention as there is a limited number of students in a class plus a computerized facility.
I have had nothing but the best experiences at Rand. I believe I can ultimately say it is the best. From my first day walking onto the school premises in Grade 8 I received a warm welcome from the headmaster, the teachers and all the ground staff. Within my first week of schooling I felt like I was at home with a loving family. We were soon officially welcomed through a ceremony that plays a large role in the school culture which is named The Ringing Of The Bell Ceremony, we were given am opportunity to walk up onto the stage and ring the bell which symbolized our entrance/welcoming int the Rand Family. During my first year at Rand we attended a school camp along with the Grade 11 students and it was a very educational program. We had alot of school outings over the course of my 4 years including the annual Grade 8 and 11 camp. Now I'm in my last year at Rand and i would definitely recommend this school to anyone looking for a fun, secure and educational experience.
