Rude Office staff and no interest in helping.

Hi, I've been trying since 2020 February for assistance regarding a letter drafted by the school stating that a member of my family was a student there. And there has been no help whatsoever. Multiple emails and phone calls over the course of the year and there has been no help. This letter is very important as it is for the future of my family members education and there is not interest nor help regarding it. I simply need a letter stating that they were present at the school with the school logo and stamp and the principals signature.
There has been no help. And I am very disappointed in this.
