As a former student, I loved the people in the school. There were many diverse backgrounds. One child could be rich and their best friend could be barely scraping by. The teachers were sometimes strict but always well-meaning. After school activities were incredibly well-catered for. There is also great pride in the schools history and its traditions. All in all an amazing all round experience for a young child.
As a former student initially all I wanted was to grow up and leave the school because I did not like school in general. However, looking back I only have positive remarks towards the esteemed school.
It is a place where dreams are created and necessary steps to achieve those dreams are put in place. A place where firm morals and values are instilled within students and a place where the future leaders of tommorow are shaped.
The teachers are kind, caring and compassionate, with utmost passion for what they do. They are of a high caliber and skilled in their respective fields which results in a maintained high quality of education.
Furthermore the office workers and groundstaff take absolute pride in their jobs and work diligently to maintain the order within the school.
There is a high level of discipline due to respect being one of the key values. There is diversity within the school and the core mission is to have healthy relationships between teachers, parents and students.
It is a place of opportunity not only in academics but various sporting codes and even art. With various competitions such as olympiads available, as well as there being an assortment of extra mural activities in sports and sufficient equipment for each. Even the creative side of students is nurtured with the art clubs, choir and marimba groups.
It a clean, safe, fun yet productive environment for learning and I am proud have been a product of their mission
