My son was at Little Ashford since he was 2 and a half, I initially liked the school as it seemed advanced and forward thinking, until we noticed that there were so many fund raising events promising things for the school that whenever saw happen.
My son moved to his new teacher when he was 4 and I found that he was not learning much, his teacher said we must send him to OT. I found that she was leaving him out as he was introverted and not as loud as the other kids. He started telling me of how he would be in the corner whilst his friends played, saying he was in the naughty corner and he was not being naughty. When we collected him from school the 1 time he told us in the car that hos finger was jammed in the door and when we told the teacher she said that he must have coloured in his nail with a koki, when it was not the case at all. The next day his entire nail fell out and the teacher never told us anything. Even after she knew what happened. We felt the principal would only greet when there was a donation involved, we weren't as giving as the other parents and she ignored us on many occasions. When we gave notice that we were leaving the school it was even worse, we had no interaction from her and I wanted to take my son out sooner as I found he was just being looked over as he was no longer going to be a part of the school. My son has learned more from his OT teacher and his current teacher that his time at Little Ashford. I would not advise parents to get fooled by the mask that they portray as it a lie.
