King David is an absolute nightmare for any student trying to thrive in a healthy learning environment. The atmosphere is toxic, with students who are stuck-up, fake and narcissistic, making it impossible to form genuine friendships. The social scene is all about superficial appearances and shallow interactions, and the peer pressure to conform is overwhelming.
Even worse, the school’s social workers are completely untrustworthy. They fail to keep private information confidential. Any personal struggles you share with them are not treated with the respect and discretion they deserve. It feels like your vulnerabilities are just another topic for gossip rather than something to be handled with care.
On top of that, the teachers are lazy and unhelpful. There's no real support for students who are struggling, academically or emotionally. You’re left to navigate your problems alone, with no real guidance or encouragement.
King David is an amazing school. The teachers care and teach in a way that you will understand. They were great during online learning too. The school itself is hard to fit in for some people. Like many other schools there are groups and you have to fit a certain mold to be accepted. It is a great school education wise.
