Kids Milestone Primary School

Terrible school!!! This school doesn't observe, respect nor does it comply with South African laws. They still use corporal punishment though it was ended by our SA government ages ago. They use water pipes to punish children as young as grade 1s, clearly the people (supposedly qualified teachers) aren't adequately trained to deal with the different types of learners. It's infuriating how they disregard the country's laws. The environment itself isn't safe, conducive for learning. After years of running the school its management does NOTHING to develop and improve the school premises, it is a safety hazard to both learners and the cruel teachers that beat up children with pipes and sjamboks. I don't even want to get started with the non-existant security guards who wouldn't even notice children being kidnapped or thugs entering the school. They are unprofessional, if they're not on their phones they're hanging on the school buses gossiping or chatting the day away. DO NOT take your child to this school, I understand we get cornered as our schools are always full and we desperately go to such places but it's not worth a cent. It's a waste of time reporting any of this to the school's "management", they're dismissive and does nothing to correct any of these things. Even the business people selling fat cakes by the street corners runs their businesses much better than Kids Milestone does, it's a circus!!!!!!
