Bad service and no electricity
I lost a chance to get my daughter new school because of the incompetence. They wrote my daughter's surname wrong and the new school refuse to accept my application. When I ask for a reprint i was told that the school has been without electricity for 6months and even now in 2024 still no electricity. The sad part is that my daughter didn't owe them school fees. I only received the 3rd and 4th term report only on the last days of school closing. I'm now left frustrated and had go run around looking for another school. They have very bad service.

I'm sure you thinking of taking your child to this school because you think it is a good school. Well trust me this school is the worst from my own experience with my sister. My sister attended here starting of 2022. At first she was taught properly in fact her whole grade one was a normal up until she reached grade 2 in 2023. The teacher in Grade 2 abused my sister not physically, but emotionally and mentally to the point I felt pain as a brother and as her family. The teacher would not let my sister use her stationary nor let her use the bathroom. She'd tell to go buy yet she has, the school teaches Afrikaans and English. However the teacher use her own language sepedi or tswana to teach for for which my sister nor I speak nor understand the language. She has failed term 2 2023 because of this. The teacher doesn't want to give her cellphone number to discuss the progress of the child and how to help the child. The teacher refuses to meet with us when we ask to see her so we can talk about the childs progress and education. Today we decided to go the school and complain but they feigned ignorance and said the teacher was busy even upon waiting. The school said they are aware that the teacher is teaching in her language which is not allowed and it seemed they were not going to do anything about it rather they were okay with it. Honestly I should have applied early and taken my child to Berea primary school that is a good school all my other siblings and I went there and we came out right. To all parents wanting to take their kids to Johannesburg Girls High School please I beg you to reconsider changing schools. The teachers there are wolf's under sheep skin. They are pretenders, they are nice to us and treat our kids and siblings very ill. They did not try to even to solve the problem but prepared a transfer letter. Please that school is not what it is.
