Truth be told
I personally think that HS Waterkloof is extremely over-rated. They do not have a proper balance of Sport / Academic / Culture. We do have a child in the family going there. I promise you it is no different/better than any other education facilities. The kid had aviation as an extra class/subject, I can count on my one hand how many classes they had including the 2 trips to a museum and local airport in thr past 2 years. One of the biggest flaws most of the Teachers have at HS Waterkloof is they want to be the children's friend in stead of becoming their educator.
Caring and excellence
I have had two daughters in HS Waterkloof and have had the privilege to go there myself. This school truly is a beacon of success and caring within a bigger community.

Great school, but the teachers have trouble with equality rights. The school sports events are full of spirit and the education is world class.
Probably The Best Afrikaans School In The World
Great time here. Sport is of a top class. Only problem with the school is the amount of learners that they allow to enter. The surplus of learners does lead to a drop off in the standard the the school wants to operate at due to there not being a good analyses of each learner that is joining.

Hoërskool Waterkloof is one of the best Afrikaans mediums schools in the country. There is a great balance between culture, sport and academics. There is equal opportunities for every type of child. The overall vibe in the school is great and any student will be very happy here!

Its a great school but when it comes to bullying a 1 star.
Bullys always get away with it. The teachers coudnt care less. They wil tell them to stop but they just keep on going. No serious charges are made against bullying but when someone skips class or doesnt do their homework all *HELL* BREAKS LOOSE.

Best school ever
Great Afrikaans school. One of the best academic schools in Sa. Sport is great too. They treat the children very good and students can go to any teacher/personnel for help and they will be helped

Awesome vibe, great overall school. Very good balance between sport, academy and culture. Great students and even better teachers that care about the wellbeing of your child. Would highly recommend!
