There's a lot of reviews that make Hoërskool Stoffberg sound like a bad school,but it's really a good school. A lot of people say the School prefers Equity before Equality but I think your High school experience is what you make it and if you don't show the teachers respect,they won't show you any respect either. Hoërskool Stoffberg is like one big family with a lot of spirit. Some of the teachers like to make jokes but can be serious about work.

The teachers judge the kids but on weekends they do the exact same thing they judged us with...
They don't know what the kids are going through.
Maybe Stoffberg is a safe place for some kids who have it hard at home.. So they definitely don't need your negative comments... If you don't have anything nice to say rather keep it to yourself then

Love is love... Nothing to be ashamed about.
All that i would change is the homophobia. Its a Christian school i get it. But being gay us just as bad as getting tattoos or piercings ex. Everyone should be treated the same..
Bad teachers good school
The teachers are friends with the popular kids and they hang out outside of school. The teachers buy the popular kids gifts take instagram photos with them and even allow them to skip class.The teachers bully the children and make them self conscious. The only problem with this school are the teachers. The teachers also fight with each other because they have formed a group of popular teachers(these are the ones who are friends with the popular kids) who have not grown up and still want to be liked by the popular girl.

The school is great but some of the teachers are bullying the kid’s. The school knows about this but won’t take action.

Equity is chosen over equality. Popular children are preferred for their social media and special events. You're just a number.
Bad school
They prefer popularity over academics. Equality is chosen over equity. Teachers preach about the learners sins, but they will do the same thing. Not a good school in my perspective. Light travels faster than sound, that's why some teachers appear bright before they speak.

Hoërskool Sfoffberg is not only a school but we are a family. We stand together in all times. We build each other up not even thinking about tearing each other down. I would highly recommend my school. I am proud to be a learner at Hoërskool Stoffberg. At Sroffberg we are a family who always helps where we can. We give back to the community and we are proud to be called a family. Together we wil rise. From strenght to strenght. And we get our strenght from the one and only Jesus Christ out saviour. It's a awesome school, i was there for 6 months before i went back to my original high school
But the kids is friendly, and so are the teachers...of what i experienced
That one CAT teacher that also gives Business studies cracked me up 😂😂 when she gets angry, classic 😂
