The amazing HHS
Heathfield high is a good school with it’s caring principal and teachers. We are one big family we are United in sport and other school activities that we do.Because of principle we have a beautiful infrastructure , new fence ,new windows, new clean toilets, new roof ,Lunch tables and majority parts of the school was repainted. I start grade 8 in 2017 and all the things I mentioned was not in place but because of our constant plea to the government all things started falling into place in 2020 and now I’m a matric learner at HHS in (2021)and I can’t believe I’m leaving this wonderful building with it’s amazing teaches and genitors and principal . Lastly it is safe and fun #enter to learn leave to serve 😊
Terrible school
The school's infrastructure is very bad and the school cannot fix it. The classrooms are cold during winter due to many windows broken. Carrying our heavy bags during the day puts strain on students backs,we would love lockers but the school cannot afford it. We have very few teachers due to our school not being able to afford any more teachers. The toilets are not sanitary, the taps do not work and the toilets don't flush. Many learners come to school with no lunch because they cannot afford it but our school cannot afford any meals.
Everything terrible about the school
Our school is in terrible conditions.Classrooms are very due to many broken windows.There is not enough textbooks for everyone and bags are very heavy to carry. Students would like to have lockers but the school is not able to pay for it. Many learners come to school with no lunch because they are not able to afford to bring lunch and the school would not be able to provide a foodbank. The school's infrastructure is terrible and the is no area for all the learners to stay during intervals when it is raining.
