Not a good environment especially for a school, they fail to commit to a permanent staff, but instead find unqualified teachers to pay them less, the classes have broken windows, they're dusty and often have water puddles from rain seeping through the walls, honestly paying privately school prices for a low budget public school in the rural area
Your child would be better off going to riverside, drie riviere or Phoenix but not here
I honestly would never recommend this school to any parent that truly loves their child. This school knows how to look us parents in the eye and lie to our faces. What makes me even more mad is that when the school found out that they have to move, they did not bother communicating with us parents instead they decided to lie my child and tell her that the school she is moving to is better than Curro when in reality they did not even now where they were going and because they could see they were going to lose money they decided to build shacks and lie to us once again that these were temporary. Before I used to think the school was good but as soon as they moved they showed their true colours. The slogan of the school should be we value your money, more than we value your children. Funny enough they say they are a private school when they don't even have grass, extra murals for children or even sports, I mean how hard is it to put a patch of lawn and let it grow.
Children's education is last on the list here.Very dissapointed with current situation.Child's marks and class average for math eg, have dropped from 70 in 2020 to 47 in 2021 Reason being teacher gives maths and physics and has also been promoted to vice principal. Many days teacher is absent from class, leaving kids with a video while attending to vice principal activities.Teacher turnover is dreadfull, many good, solid teachers who have made our children flourish in the subject, have chosen to run for the hills.English teacher left just before prelims, leaving children unattended in that subject.Correct me if i am wrong, but one person can never do 3 jobs at once.Of course the child will be the one to suffer. This is very economical for the school.
Toilets are disgusting to say the least, wonder if the Principal has the same at home.
Maybe a lack of standards that ripples through the whole school from the very basic to the utmost highest sphere.
No, most probably the bottom line profit takes prevelance here, i am sure!
On a parent's evening we could not even chat to the teacher as she was sooooo busy running around for the Vice Principal's duties.
We are now forking out R40 000.00 for our child for extra classes over and above the school fees, which are not cheap.
Don't go there!
Whooooo I would never suggest that school to anyone, like teachers decide to teach one day and the rest they relax like the management is trash we pay a lot of money for nothing most of us get poor Marks I mean look at the pass rate for 2020 and u will know where we stand
I feel like the principal choo choo the Indian lady driving the Benz should leave because shes messing up our school and look at the school it self its poor dont go there never go there thank u
Fucken garbage, the classrooms garage, we never have paper for printing buh the principle is driving Benz's, the teachers are too emotional, the tuckshop is trash and they sell food with ants
