Germiston High School

I must say the office ladies think they own this school. It is sad, this school belongs to the department of education, yet it is as if they have financially invested in thos institution.They treat both parents and learners so rudely. No manners. Always disrespectful. Show no compassion. Scream at both parents and children. I myself am an educator. We are reprimanded by our principal if our conduct is unbecoming toward children and parents. We are always told to deal with respect. Without the parents and children we have no job. With all the safety hazards at school, the office staff tells parents to go look for children. A few years ago Germiston had ch a big scare and lockdown. So must that happen again. The office staff is the window to the school. Too many parents just accept their unprofessionalism. They need to be taught people skills and how to do their jobs.

The teachers use foul language and mock the learners these days & this is over looked.
So many learners complaining about a teacher having said something(s) inappropriate or hurtful to him/ her but is not dealt with accordingly

Hermiston High School is good in academics but the people in charge of the school lack empathy towards students. Its discipline levels have deteriorated ever since the previous principal left. There is no sense of togetherness even with the teachers. That's my opinion.

Its academically good yet it lacks support when it comes to sports🚮
If they could be support just like Queens College boys high, Germiston high school would be ranking nationwide. FACTS.

Its aight you check. They worked up into academics soo much they forget about sports. Support towards sports is what's needed in Germiston High
