Teachers are petty and rude to students and parents. One teacher was extremely rude and kept giving me dirty looks.
They care more about the schools reputation than the students themselves.
Who catches students smoking weed and doesn't suspend them?
Good schooling, but terrible environment.
I would recommend this school to anyone who excels in maths and science. I learnt so much from the school such as perseverance, dedication and truly just working harder and longer. I've grown a lot as a person and became a better me. The teachers are outstanding and are willing to help anyone in need. The students are welcoming, kind and the school as a whole is just one big family. Thank you Claremont High for everything.
Claremont High is a excellent school, that has amazing; hardworking teachers and learners. I've only being at the school for 3 years but ever since I've started , I've grown so much as a person. The school taught me that dedication, perseverance and hard work can only lead to success. I would recommend this school to any future scientist or mathematician, it's honestly an amazing school.
Since this school's inception, it has consistently rated in the top 10, in the Western Cape, with regards to acedemic results. I must also mention that the school fees are a fraction of the costs compared to the other schools on the same list. I find it horrifying the amount of school fees one has to pay in order to get your kid a 'good education'. Claremont high seems to be the only exception to that rule!!!
