Athlone Pre - Primary School

My daughter was enrolled in August 2022 and was so excited to start the New Year with her new friends. Athlone pre-primary said she can't attend cause she must pay R1500 deposit for the new year upfront. School started on the 18th Jan, I informed the school that there was a miscommunication about paying a deposit again as she is already a student at the school and I will pay the 25th Jan but they just said, she can come once she paid. So this school has no empathy and consideration for the pupil, it's all about the money. So disappointed. The child is even more disappointed because she can't join her friends. What is this world coming too, children are denied schooling cause whoever runs the school has no morals. My understanding was I just need to pay the school fees in January but they denied this child. They don't understand how heavy it is on parents, school fees, morning care, after care, stationery, clothes and u might have more than one child, I was just asking to pay a week later.
